5 Module Programme Nov 2024 - Jan 2025
In Western culture, organisations are frequently understood through a structural paradigm, emphasising rationality and predictability. While this perspective holds merit, there is a growing recognition of an alternative paradigm through which we can view organisations. This paradigm is not new; it has been present for as long as organisations have existed, though it often remains overlooked.
This alternative paradigm equips leaders with the tools to understand and influence complex areas of organisational life.
Our programme introduces the foundational principles of this paradigm, offering a framework for a more systemic approach to leadership. This approach enhances staff collaboration and engagement at all levels and assists leaders in navigating change, culture, and team development effectively.

Programme Structure
Module One: Understanding Dynamic Organisational Paradigms
On the first module of the programme, participants will be introduced to the foundational frameworks and principles of dynamic systems. This module will compare these with traditional structural paradigms, examining when each approach is appropriate and necessary for organisational effectiveness.
Module Two: Culture
Culture is fundamental to an organisation’s existence, coalescing around shared values and influencing behaviour. The second module of the programme will introduce participants to a dynamic understanding of culture, exploring how it can be influenced and shaped.
Module Three: Leadership
In this module, participants will explore their own leadership styles and learn how a dynamic understanding of an organisation can foster new ways to lead and influence, especially in the context of change.
Module Four: Teams
Module four will focus on the dynamic and systemic nature of teams. Participants will learn how to build teams that foster commitment, accountability, interdependency, and problem-solving, thereby enhancing organisational performance.
Module Five: Change
Change is a constant in organisational life; dynamic, rarely predictable, and never following the same path twice. This module will help participants understand the nature of change and how to navigate its complexities effectively.
